Mindy Pordes is not the typical luxury real estate broker. She possesses the proven pedigree of an experienced sales director, an savvy international marketer, and president of a pioneering Realty office selling South Florida to the blossoming Latin American market.

Currently head of Business Development of Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing, Mindy’s expertise in the real estate industry predates South Florida’s real estate boom. At 22, she established her reputation both domestically and abroad as one of the first Realtors to host international clients interested in the Miami market.

In 1994, Mindy opened Elite International Realty, a boutique real estate sales and marketing firm. Elite sold hundreds of preconstruction properties to affluent buyers via sales offices she helped open across Latin America and Brazil.

Her success led to Mindy being named in-house Realtor for Miami’s first condominium-hotel, the Sonesta Coconut Grove. In 2005, Mindy sold Elite International Realty and joined Turnberry Associates.

Throughout her career, the veteran Realtor has worked closely with her brother, Mark, founder and president of Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. Today, the two hone strategic planning and business development to match elite buyers with high-end projects. The result is a skilled real estate professional who delivers unparalleled customer service – backed by an unrivalled depth of understanding of every phase of each project unique characteristics.
