The real estate market remains in transition throughout the country. Although the market has shifted dramatically, there remains a buyer pattern that still applies in today’s climate. Typically, only one-third of the overall market is interested in purchasing at preconstruction. The remaining two-thirds is split between purchasing during construction and buying only after a decorated model is delivered. The real estate marketing program must generate immediate attention with buyers who are attracted to preconstruction opportunities, and begin to fill a database of potential purchasers.
